Motorhome Technician - Dolphin Sussex (Chichester)

Full Time | In person | Salary dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motorhome Workshop Technician to join our team in our busy Chichester motorhome workshop This is a key role within our team, helping to drive a friendly, professional and successful dealership specialising in the retail sale and servicing of motorhomes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer care, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal, warranty and retail workshop jobs to a high standard
• Install accessories and undertake general modifications
• Assist with occasional customer vehicle handovers
• Carry out occasional driving duties as required
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment at all times
• Ensure all customer and sold vehicles are kept in excellent condition, using appropriate protective coverings
• Complete job sheets and paperwork accurately with clear communication
• Ensure all vehicles are securely locked after work is completed
• Provide a friendly, helpful and professional experience for all customers

About You

• Proven experience as a motorhome or caravan technician (desired)
• Hold relevant qualifications such as ACOPS/STGW and electrical testing certification
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence required
• A proactive, committed and positive attitude

Sales Executive - Dolphin Hampshire (Southampton)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing motorhome sales team in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of two years' motor trade sales experience
• A professional, customer-focused approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The drive to achieve and exceed targets

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Following a structured sales process designed to maximise every opportunity
• Delivering outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to handover
• Identifying, targeting and arranging appointments with prospective customers
• Achieving sales and profitability targets
• Promoting and processing finance and insurance products in line with company procedures
• Managing telephone enquiries and sales appointments
• Keeping customers fully informed throughout their purchase journey
