Max,Cait & Charlie have now experienced several adventures in our family owned Swift Sundance 590RS. The trips include holidays in both Cornwall & Dorset, plus several day visits to the New Forest & local seaside. They absolutely love the outdoor life and anything sport related.....usually starting with a boxing match to decide whose turn it is to sleep in the overcab bed!!
From a family point of view, the stress of a quick weekend away or a holiday in the motorhome is minimal compared to the hassle of taking the three kids abroad!!
Looking forward to many more adventures over the coming years. |

Josh Willis

Josh has over 12 years experience in the motorhome industry and brings a very fresh, young and enthusiastic approach.
Josh has followed in his fathers footsteps; as Dave Willis was the owner of Marquis, the largest multisite motorhome dealership in the UK, which he sold back in 2001. Josh was appointed as Managing Director in 2004 in recognition of his efforts since joining in February 2003. Josh is a keen Southampton F.C fan and also enjoys his golf and tennis. |

Cheryl Aldis

Cheryl has been with us for just over eight years and very much enjoys the motorhome / leisure industry. Her honest and friendly approach has made her a big success with our customers. Her down to earth and enthusiastic approach means that nothing is a problem as her many thank you cards explain. Cheryl is totally in love with her dog (Amber) and enjoys taking her out walking ... as well as being a big fan of shopping and red wine!! |

Graham Emery

Graham joined us in January 2012 and is a great addition to the sales team. Graham has over twenty years experience in the motor industry, having previously worked for Peugeot, Mazda, Volkswagen, Smart, Seat & Volvo.
Graham is a keen runner both for fun & competitively and has completed both the London Marathon & Goofy Challenge in Disney World three times already (one dressed as a gingerbread man). Graham also enjoys spending time with his two godsons and friends. |

Mike O'Connor

Mike joined us in 2009 and has an excellent understanding of first class teamwork & customer care.
Mike previously owned a motorhome himself and has many years experience in the motorhome industry.
Mike loves a game of golf with his wife Andra as well as a regular spot of fishing near his home in Hayling Island.
Mike enjoys keeping the staff fed and watered throughout the day.....making it impossible to diet!! |

Alishe Williamson

Alishe joined us in May 2010, with 6 years of administration experience, and was delighted to come and strengthen the Dolphin team. Alishe is very energetic and tries to make time for extreme sports, including hitting the slopes for skiing, and also maybe a spot of sky diving, then in the summer tries to make the most of the weather with some water sports. If all bones are still intact she tries to fit in the odd game of golf or a bit of horse riding.
Alishe also added, like all women, she likes hitting the shops with friends with a starbucks glued to her hand.

Nicci joined us in September 2011 and has already fitted into our team extremely well.
Nicci comes with over 30 years experience in the accounting industry in both the private & public sectors.
Nicci enjoys spending time with her lovely family and has two teenage children aged 14 & 16. She enjoys the outdoors and hobbies include both ski-ing & sailing. |

Kay Caldwell

We are delighted to announce Kay has rejoined us having spent two years away from Dolphin. Kay was a key part of our team when the company started out in 2003, so we are really pleased she is back on board.
Kay's bubbly personality, hard work ethic and her ability to work well with the team, make Kay a great asset.
Away from work Kay has two teenage children to look after and has by far the busiest social life of all staff, so much so we have to plan staff events nine months in advance!! |

Tom Willis

Tom joined the company in June 2005 and with his friendly and helpful manner he has already become a favourite with our customers. Despite his youful age, Tom has been brought up enjoying the benefits of motorhoming all his life, and has experienced several holidays abroad to Germany, France, Holland and Spain in all different models. 'I have always enjoyed the flexibility of using a motorhome, and having the chance to sightsee various tourist attractions at my leisure, without the usual frustrations of airports, flight delays etc'. Tom is also a keen Southampton fan and enjoys the odd game of football & golf. He can often be seen, "getting taken for a walk" by his two golden retrievers, Buddy and Alfie!! |

Graham joined in early 2007, Always getting the short straw as he lives between the sales and service site for the odd job or query that needs answering, but always happy to help. With over 10 years experience has become a valuable part of our service team.
In recognition of his efforts Graham was promoted to Workshop Foreman in January 2011. |

Paul Barnes

Paul recently joined us in August 2009, and has been a great addition to the team. Paul spent 15 valuable years in the army, and joins us from a local company where he was a mobile technician fitting tow bars, reversing sensors, reversing cameras and roof rack & ladders.
Paul is very keen on motorbikes whereby along with his fiance they attend several rallys each year!! |

Marie, joined us in Feb 2009 and has become an instant favourite with staff & customers. Younger sister to our Sales Exec, Cheryl. Marie carries on the theme of Dolphin's family business. Marie likes nothing more than spending time with her young daughters Lacy and Darcy. |

Martin Butler

Martin has been valeting motorhomes to the highest possible standards for over 14 years, so we were delighted when he decided to join us in August 2004. Martin has already improved the standard of all of our vehicles which doesn't come as a surprise due to his hard work ethics. |

Paul joined our company in April 2010 and has helped improve the standard of our valeting. Paul is very keen on both playing and watching football, especially his favourite team Liverpool. Paul enjoys his family life and has six children to look after ageing from three to twenty!! |
